heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, refrigeration, lighting and
security.
Extensive experience in the commissioning and
faultfinding of control equipment and associated plant.
Project management and co-ordination between M
& E contractor, BMS specialist and the acceptance-witnessing consultant
engineers.
Design and procurement of BMS control systems
for complex buildings, laboratories and energy centres.
Implemented Quality
Assurance to ISO 9001, Internal Auditing and Due Diligence
assessments.
Experience with contract documents including
JCT80/DOM1.
On the Academy of Experts Register since 2001.
