Thirty-five years in building controls engineering and control panel design. Background in system design of BMS systems as installed for the control, energy economy and monitoring of heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, refrigeration, lighting and security.

 

Extensive experience in the commissioning and faultfinding of control equipment and associated plant.

 

Project management and co-ordination between M & E contractor, BMS specialist and the acceptance-witnessing consultant engineers.

 

Design and procurement of BMS control systems for complex buildings, laboratories and energy centres.

 

Implemented Quality Assurance to ISO 9001, Internal Auditing and Due Diligence assessments.

 

Experience with contract documents including JCT80/DOM1.

 

On the Academy of Experts Register since 2001.

 

Six years experience as defendant in litigation.
